EVERY PROJECT IS UNIQUE

We come to you, or to your favourite café, and ask lots of questions to understand your requirements. We get to the bottom of what currently is and isn't working for your client's business or home – to determine what can be done better in your client's new space and to understand what services you require from us.

We then put together an initial brief and a fee proposal and send this through to you.

Once the fee and brief is approved we measure up the space and ask you a lot more questions to make sure we get the best possible outcome for your new space. 

Remember, we adapt to your needs and do our best to make your style reflected in the project.

We then present what we call ‘Schematic Design’ which is some basic spatial arrangement plans or photographies ... and typical feel of finishes to make sure we are on the right path before proceeding any further.

Once we get approval of ‘Schematic Design’, then  we power on with more detailed plans, elevations, photographies, marketing, or/and 3D visualizations.  

We will always manage a unique schedule for you.
